Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the download link has been accessed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital downloads, including but not limited to printable cards, Canva templates, and travel itineraries.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • You received the wrong file
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@shoptjxtravels.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
