All products sold at TJxTravels Media Inc. are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply to any order.
How You Receive Your Order
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing a secure download link to access your purchased file(s). Downloads are available instantly after purchase.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact us at hello@shoptjxtravels.ca with your order number and we will resend your download link promptly.
File Formats
Our digital products are delivered in formats such as PDF and/or Canva template links. Please ensure you have the necessary software or a free Canva account to access your files before purchasing.
