TJxTravels Studio specializes in physical stationery, bookmarks, stickers, handcrafted accessories, and other creative lifestyle products.

All products available for purchase through our website are physical items shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colours, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately.

Handmade items may feature small variations that make each piece unique.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Measurements and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time.

3. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, and discounts without prior notice.

Full payment is required before an order is processed.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Prices and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issue, subject to applicable law. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Canada and to select international destinations.

Canadian Shipping 🇨🇦

Orders of CAD $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping fees for orders below CAD $50 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping 🌎

Orders of CAD $75 or more qualify for free standard international shipping.
Shipping fees for orders below CAD $75 are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Delivery estimates may vary based on location, shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered orders.

6. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from our website comply with their country's import requirements.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product prices or free shipping offers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspections, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Returns & Refunds

Canadian Orders

Eligible Canadian orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the products meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated or required by law.

International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not accept international returns or exchanges due to personal preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shoptjxtravels.ca with your order details and supporting photographs.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before an order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Eligible Canadian orders may still qualify for returns under our Return & Refund Policy.

Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and website content owned by TJxTravels Media Inc. / TJxTravels Médias Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Reproduce or commercially replicate our original product designs.
Use our original artwork or branding to manufacture competing products.
Copy or distribute our protected illustrations, photographs, or website content for commercial purposes.
Claim ownership of our original creative works.

Customers are welcome to use, gift, and enjoy purchased physical products for their intended purposes.

Customers are responsible for using purchased products in accordance with their intended purpose and any safety instructions provided.

Some products may contain small decorative components, tassels, or other accessories that are unsuitable for young children.

TJxTravels Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow supplied care instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
