This website is operated by TJxTravels Media Inc. TJxTravels Médias Inc. By visiting our site and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products

We sell digital products including printable cards, Canva templates, and travel itineraries. All products are delivered electronically via instant download. No physical items will be shipped.

3. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before access to any digital product is granted.

5. Digital Downloads

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchased file(s). It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with the file format provided (e.g., PDF, Canva template link). We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible software or devices.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products sold on this site are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any of our digital products. Canva templates may be customized for personal use but may not be resold as templates.

7. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our [Return and Refund Policy] for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

TJxTravels Media Inc. TJxTravels Médias Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
