Welcome to The Happy Mail Club by TJxTravels Media Inc., a monthly snail mail subscription filled with thoughtfully designed stationery, collectible artwork, and cozy creative surprises.

Every month brings a brand-new theme, specially created to make your everyday moments a little more delightful.

What's inside your monthly envelope?

How the club works

1. NEW Subscription opens from 15th of every month until 20th of the month, to join the next month's mailing.

2. Your first payment is collected when you subscribe.

3. We begin preparing your envelope from 20th of the Month.

4. Your happy mail ships on 1st of the next month through Canada Post.

5. Your subscription renews automatically on the 15th of each subsequent month, covering a future month's envelope.

6. Subscriptions will need to be cancelled before the 15th of the month. Any subscriptions cancelled after 15th of the month will take effect after the next month's envelope.

Here's a NEW SUBSCRIBER example: You subscribe on 16th of November as a NEW Mail Club Subscriber. Your payment is processed on 16th November, the same day you subscribe. Your envelope is prepared beginning 20th November. On 1st December, your envelope ships by Canada Post. This will be a snail mail, meaning no tracking will be provided. On 15th December, you will be charged for your January's envelope and the subscription continues until you manually cancel it. 

Here's a CANCELLATION example:
1. You were billed on 15th December for January's envelope. You cancel subscription on 17th December. You will still receive your January's envelope and any FUTURE envelopes will be cancelled, meaning your subscription will end after January's envelope is mailed to you. 
2. You cancelled your subscription on 12th December. You will no longer receive January's envelope and your subscription will be cancelled immediately.

Shipping information

Your happy mail is lovingly packed in an envelope and sent through Canada Post untracked lettermail.

Because this is traditional snail mail, tracking numbers are not provided. Delivery times vary depending on postal operations and your location.

Please note: The shipping deadline is not a guaranteed delivery date.
